A BIT ABOUT ME

Ash Lee Riding Centre is situated in the beautiful scenic countryside of Carricklee, approximately 1.5 miles from Strabane, Co.Tyrone.  Established in 1994 by proprietor and BHS professional accredited coach Julie Duffy,  the Centre offers equine themed activities for both riders and non-riders.

 Julie promotes equine-assisted learning for positive mental health and well being. The fantastic ponies and horses at Ash Lee Riding Centre offer an extraordinary amount of emotional support and increase positive thinking. Participating in equine activities and simply being around the ponies and horses raises happiness levels which is so important in today’s world.

As well as a full range of lesson types, Ash Lee Riding Centre offers an excellent Livery Service for pony/horse owners. Also the Strabane Branch of the Riding For The Disabled attend the Centre on a weekly basis and benefit hugely from the Centre's experience, coaching, ponies and facilities.

Ash Lee Riding Centre is a British Horse Society Ireland approved Centre and work closely with each other to facilitate accredited courses, namely the excellent Learning With Horses Course for local young people.
